When your WhatsApp Business API send a message to a number, the URL in the content might not be clickable like the screenshot attached.
To make it clickable, the User should click the "CONTINUE" or "LANJUT" option, then it will change into the screenshot below.
This flow is not needed if your number is verified/has a green tick, but it's still advisable to click "CONTINUE" or "LANJUT" because blocking might change the clickability.
