CRM Version 1.17.0 Release

Hi there!
We have released Qiscus CRM version 1.17.0. This release focuses on Comment.
You can fully experience this version starting August 29, 2024. Below is the list of changes:

Features

• Upload files feature in comment, now you can upload PDF etc in a comment!
• Style editor in comment, now you can add bold, italic etc.

Improvement

• Comment general revamp
• Change some form into similar to Omnichannel style
