Multichannel Version 1.14.1 Release

Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel. Below are the list of changes

  • Enhance carousel styling for agent
  • Reactivate resolve button if there's new message after the room is resolved
  • Set max-width of preview note in customer info
  • Fix endpoint of WhatsApp and Line
  • Fix room can't be scrolled using drag scroll bar event
  • Fix no date shown for admin in ongoing list if there's no agent joining inside
  • Fix no badge shown for custom channel in ongoing list room for agent 
  • Fix room name issues on sessional app for Whatsapp / Telegram / Facebook Messenger / Line Messenger channels

    In the previous version, if you edit the name of the room that comes from those channels and then the chat room is resolved, when the same customer chat again then the name does not match the name after the edit. This issue only applies when session room management is activated.

  • Fix additional customer info on sessional app for Whatsapp / Telegram / Facebook Messenger / Line Messenger channels

    In the previous version, when adding additional customer info from those channels then the chat room is resolved, when the same customer chat again then additional customer info did not appear in the new room. This issue only applies when session room management is activated.
