How Does Monthly Active User (MAU) be Calculated?

Monthly Active User (MAU) for the Omnichannel Widget Channel will be defined as several unique users who sent or read the message in that particular month. This means we will only consider the users active if they have actually sent or read the messages received.

 

For WhatsApp Business API and other channels, Monthly Active Users (MAU) will only be counted from users who sent or replied to the message in that particular month (read will not be counted).

 

Note: Admin/Supervisor/Agent also included as MAU
