Omnichannel Version Release
Hi there, Good news! We have made some new feature in Omnichannel version 3.29.0. You can fully experience this version starting August 06, 2024. Below is the list of changes:
- TikTok Direct Message
TikTok Direct Message integration allows you to connect to your customers through TikTok Application. For TikTok integration, you need to have TikTok Business Account. You can integrate multiple TikTok Accounts.
The Limitation :
- Only inbound message. You can only send messages to customers who contact you first through TikTok Direct Message. You are not allow to broadcast of follow up them
- You can send up to 10 messages within 48H of receiving message from your customer through TikTok Direct Message.
- Allow Message content : image and text.

Other Enhancements:
- Improve WhatsApp redownload attachment
- Improve auto unfinished broadcast job that has been stuck in sending/scheduling for more than 5 hours
Other Bug Fixes:
- Fix search phone number on Customer Data Platform
- Remove wording on detail broadcast template
- Fix the download file button when customer send image file has timeout
- Fix hand over to role using sembrani
- Fix blank channel list when hiding Qiscus Widget Channel via Super Admin
