Hi there! We have some good news! We have made some improvements to the Omnichannel version 3.28.1 Below is the change:

  • Support the channelID params in the CDP Custom Activity API.
  • Adding custom activity in imported customers.
  • Improve the prevention of bot replies and webhooks when the room is served by an agent.
  • Fix handover to role by bot.
