Omnichannel Chat Version Release 3.19.1 Release

Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Omnichannel 3.19.1 version. You can fully experience this version starting May 15, 2023. Below is the list of changes:

  • WhatsApp Bubble Catalog

The product catalog on WhatsApp allows customers to quickly discover the products offered by a business and make direct purchases. In order to facilitate tracking of customer purchases, a bubble chat containing product information will appear on the Qiscus Omnichannel Chat dashboard when customers place orders via the WhatsApp catalog.

Other Enhancements:

  • Improvement in log information when WhatsApp message delivery fails

Other Bug fixes:

  • Fix failed to load interactive messages
  • Fix more than one agent joining in the same room via the get customer button
  • Fix WhatsApp broadcast messages not appearing in the Inbox menu
