How to Integrate WhatsApp Coexistence
Step 1: Add Your WhatsApp Number to Facebook Business Manager (FBBM)
Make sure you are using the correct Facebook Business Manager (FBBM) account.
Navigate to Business Settings on your Facebook Business Manager:

Choose Link a WhatsApp Business account, Use an account to manage your WhatsApp Business app.
Enter your WhatsApp Business App number, then click Continue.
An OTP (verification code) will be sent to your WhatsApp Business App number.
Enter the verification code and click Done.
Once your WhatsApp Business App number has been added to FBBM, proceed to the integration process with Qiscus.
Step 2: Integrate WhatsApp Coex on Qiscus Omnichannel
Go to your Qiscus Omnichannel Dashboard.
Navigate to Integration Channel > WhatsApp > Add WhatsApp Account.
Select Add WhatsApp account while keeping your WhatsApp Business App active (WhatsApp Coex).
Click Login with Facebook and log in to your Facebook account.
Click Get Started, then Next.
Select Connect Your Existing WhatsApp Business App.
Enter your WhatsApp Business App phone number.
Scan the displayed QR code with your WhatsApp Business app account.
[On your WhatsApp Business App] Choose Connect to the business platform.
[On your WhatsApp Business App] Decide whether you want to share all chats or not, then click Confirm.
[On your WhatsApp Business App] Re-scan the QR code, wait about 45 seconds.
[On your WhatsApp Business App] Once you receive the success notification, click Ok.
Go back to the Qiscus Omnichannel, then click Next.
Wait for the process to finish and click Finish.
Congratulations! Your WhatsApp Business App is now successfully integrated with Qiscus Omnichannel using Coexistence.
Note :
You can only be connected to one Business Platform account at a time. If you disconnect from Qiscus - Customer Engagement Platform, you’ll lose access to its features. Your WhatsApp Business app will not be affected. Learn more
Remember to open your app at least once every 14 days to keep your connection active. Learn more
Messages sent by end users through WhatsApp Desktop are not supported to appear in the Omnichannel dashboard. Only messages sent from WhatsApp Mobile and Web are supported.
WhatsApp Call and WhatsApp Marketing Broadcast Optimization is not supported in WhatsApp Coexistence
