Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Omnichannel version 3.16.0. You can fully experience this version starting March 21, 2023. Below is the list of changes:

  • Instagram Story Mention

By integrating your business account on Instagram with Qiscus Omnichannel Chat, you can enjoy several useful features that help you maintain a strong relationship with your customers. One of them is the Instagram Story Mention feature from Qiscus. You can choose whether or not to convert story mentions from customers into a new chat in your Inbox. This will help you prioritize interactions with customers who are genuinely interested in engaging with your business, while avoiding excess Monthly Active Users (MAU) limits. Other Enhancements:

  • Update copywriting when the business mention customer via Instagram story
  • Change the active conversation window for Facebook Ads sessions to 72 hours
  • Improvements to image rendering on the Inbox menu

Other Bug fixes:

  • Fix payload Chatbot webhook
  • Fix a pop up failed internal server error appears when bulk resolves WhatsApp
  • Fix custom button web webhook
  • Fix fails to auto close windows on mobile browsers even though the conversation is over
