In-App Chat SDK Flutter Version 1.0.8 Release

Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in chat SDK Flutter. Below is the list of changes:

• fix not calling callback on a successful operation
• fix error when publishing MQTT event while MQTT still connecting
• fix not subscribing to message delete event
• fix still reconnecting when user already logged out
