• Block & unblock WhatsApp user id feature
• Adding “Add Agent” feature in agent dashboard
• Token implementation
  
• Add time for system event
• Add WhatsApp Metrics in Admin/Supervisor analytics dashboard if integrated with WhatsApp channel
• Change copywriting “HSM” to “Message Templates”
• Expand to read more for notification Multichannel Android
• Fix user interface of Tags
