- Adding “Add Agent” feature in agent dashboard
- Token implementation
- Add time for system event
- Add WhatsApp Metrics in Admin/Supervisor analytics dashboard if integrated with WhatsApp channel
- Change copywriting “HSM” to “Message Templates”
- Expand to read more for notification Multichannel Android
- Fix user interface of Tags
