WhatsApp Business Account can have up to 250 message templates and each of them can have multiple language translations . That means, you only have to submit 250 message templates. For example, a message template called shipping_update translated into two languages; Indonesia (id) and English (en) counts as a single message template in regards to this limit.
The message template name field is limited to 512 characters and content field is limited to 1024 characters.
You cannot currently edit message content and cannot use the same templates name that you have already used, even if rejected
