Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel Android. Below are the list of changes:

• Add Assign Chat To feature if you're logged in as Agent
• Add Add Agent and Replace Existing Agent feature if you're logged in as Admin
• Add Remove Agent feature if you're logged in as Admin
• Add Analytics feature
