Why Do I Get "Customer sent sticker,but server unable to download" Message In My WhatsApp Room?
Multichannel needs several permission for several types of messages in WhatsApp channels.
Sometimes agents/admins get warning that multichannel cannot download sticker/other types like image below
Your Whatsapp Business Solution Provider needs to enable auto download for these types, respective to the message you get:
