How Big The File That I Can Attach to a WABA Template?

The size of the media file that you can attach to a WABA header media templates are varied, but this is the recommended size to make sure the template can be sent to your customer:

Image: 1 MB max (please add less than 1 MB, bigger than that, the template might be failed to send).

Video: 5 MB max (please add less than 5 MB, bigger than that, the template might be failed to send).

PDF: 5 MB max (please add less than 5 MB, bigger than that, the template might be failed to send).

If you have a large media files, please consider compressing it first before attach it to a WABA template.
