Failed to integrate LINE to Omnichannel

You may be experiencing an issue that chats from the LINE channel are not coming to your Omnichannel dashboard. 

Please ensure these following things when you have already integrated the LINE channel but still have the above issue. (The full documentation is here)


1. Incorrect Channel Secret, Channel Access Token, or Webhook URL

  • Check the settings on LINE Developers console
  • Channel secret on Basic Settings tab > copy to Omnichannel dashboard
  • Channel access token on Messaging API tab > copy to Omnichannel dashboard
  • Copy Webhook URL from Omnichannel dashboard > paste to Messaging API tab
    (don't forget to toggle on Use Webhook)

2. Response Mode must be set to Bot

  • Go to LINE Official Account Manager > Settings > Response settings
  • Change the response mode from Chat to Bot
  • Don't forget to enable Webhooks on Detailed settings
