Multichannel Version 3.7.0 Release

Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel version 3.7.0. You can fully experience this version starting June 3, 2022. Below is the list of changes:

• Auto Sync WhatsApp Template

With our new feature, Auto Sync WhatsApp Template, you don’t have to re-create the message templates in the Multichannel Chat dashboard. This feature allows all approved message templates from Facebook Business Manager to be synced to the Multichannel Chat with just one button.

• Term of Condition Registration

Before registering to Qiscus, you will be provided with the Term of Condition that will govern the use of Qiscus’ solutions.

Other Enhancements:

• Improvement of WhatsApp pricing cost for Business Initiate and Customer Initiate in other countries
• Improvement Add onMinimize & onMaximize Callback in Qiscus Widget Channel

Other Bug fixes:

• Fix infinite loading in list agent when admin assigns any agent
• Fix payment by Credit Card to Qiscus Pte LTD will be charged based on SGD for invoice in IDR
• Fix Credit Card only charges for a month or for an annual plan
• Fix search message issue
