Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel version 3.6.0. You can fully experience this version starting May 12, 2022. Below is the list of changes:
- Enhance Customer Group
From now on, you can segment your customers based on their interests in a single Customer Groups tab. Add customers into a group manually or filter based on the Customer Properties.
Other enhancement and bug fixes :
- Fix unable to register the same email for an agent
- Fix Anomaly Sync when open room ID
- Fix update documentation link for WhatsApp API
- Fix a different number of rooms on the list Assign Agent and List of Agent in Analytics
- Hotfix save data in Customize WhatsApp Profile feature
- Fix can't scroll down old rooms in supervisor and agent accounts
- Fix misleading email body for self top-up credit
