Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel version 3.5.0. You can fully experience this version starting April 22, 2022. Below is the list of changes:

  • Interactive WhatsApp Message (List Message & Reply Button)

We understand that you want to provide a simpler way for customers to interact with your business on WhatsApp. Hence, we present the Interactive Message WhatsApp feature where you can add up to 10 options in one message list or add reply buttons with up to 3 options.

Other enhancement and bug fixes :

 

  • Improvement on expired timestamp of webhook on WhatsApp channel
  • Add a setting to allow bot to send messages when the bot toggle button is disabled in a chat room
  • Fix anomaly Admin assign agent API
  • Fix different room order in Inbox after refresh
