  • Enhance Subscriptions Page

As multichannel conversation platform, your business will interact with customers from multiple channels. The customer's info with their conversation history is very valuable to your business, by using contact feature you can create a more personalized conversational experience and understand your customers better.   • Online/Offline Customers Indicator

In Multichannel inbox, there is a new indicator of customers' online presence in widget channel. You will know your customers whether they are online or offline hence your agent can have a better context for replying to your customers.

We also enhance the sidebar to ease your navigation when it comes more features to come. You can move your pointer over the icons to expand it.
