How To Connect WABA Phone Number For CTWA Ads

To connect a WABA phone number for CTWA, ensure you have full access to the FB Page where the Ads will be generated. Follow these few steps to connect your WABA phone number:

1. Navigate to your Facebook Page.
2. Click Settings.
3. In the left menu, below Permissions, click Linked accounts, and then click View next to WhatsApp

4. Choose your country code and enter your WhatsApp Business platform phone number.

5. Click Send WhatsApp code.

6. Confirm the connection Request

Note: You can only find WhatsApp in the Facebook Page for your business. You can't find WhatsApp in your personal Facebook profile.

How to Confirm the Connection Request

1. If your WABA is connected through Embedded sign-up, go to your Facebook Business Manager Setting. Click on Request > Other request. You will see the requested connection, click approved, and you'll see the WABA connected to the page and the WABA phone number will be shown on the Ads setting.

2. If your WABA is connected through manual OTP or OBO (On Behalf Of Qiscus), let us know if you have submitted the connection request through help@qsicus.com, and our team will check and approve it for you.
