Hi there! We have some good news! We have made some improvements to the Omnichannel version 3.32.2 Below is the change:

  • Improve security password lifecycle management.

Password Lifecycle Management is a security improvement that ensures the safety of your account by requiring regular password updates and implementing automated reminders to changes password. This process is designed to keep your account secure and protected by reducing the risks associated with stale or outdated passwords. Passwords that remain unchanged can become vulnerable over time, exposing your account to unauthorized access. To enhance your security, we’ve implemented timed password expiration, meaning you'll be prompted to change your password at regular intervals.

Other Bug Fixes:

  • Fix inbox reply button issue.
  • Fix pop-up on customer detail button after accessing Customer Data Platform.
  • Fix the user info in the chat room.
  • Fix Customer Data Platform missing data room in the conversation history.
