Omnichannel Version Release


Hi there, Good news! We have made some new feature in Omnichannel version 3.31.0. You can fully experience this version starting October 15, 2024. Below is the list of changes:

  • WhatsApp Coexistence

WhatsApp Coexistence is designed to empower businesses using the WhatsApp Business App by enabling them to scale customer engagement through Cloud API solutions while retaining their existing app and phone number. This capability provides the flexibility to expand customer interactions using Cloud API solutions, all while maintaining the continuity of communication through the WhatsApp Business App. It allows seamless customer interaction management across platforms without requiring a new number. Other Enhancements:

  • Improve the security in the local storage.
  • Improve the inbox message feature to accept multiple image from instagram channel

Other Bug Fixes:

  • Fix the query issues.
  • Fix the UI alignment in the sidebar menu.
  • Fix the documentation link on the TikTok integration page.
  • Fix issues causing some messages not to be processed in the Inbox.
  • Fix Penetration Testing Issues.
  • Fix the Note feature not updating after a room is resolved.
  • Fix the Additional Info on customer profile feature.
