Omnichannel Version Release


Hi there, Good news! We have made some new feature in Omnichannel version 3.30.0. You can fully experience this version starting August 15, 2024. Below is the list of changes:

  • Two-factor Authentication

Implementing Two-factor Authentication is very essential for enhance security Omnichannel accounts and sensitive information against unauthorized access, complying with security standards, and maintaining trust with business. We Implemented Two-factor Authentication (2FA) in Omnichannel Platform with Authenticator Apps. For more detailed information on how to implement Two-factor Authentication, Check out this documentation for details.

Other Enhancements:

  • Sync the customer name form the Facebook Messenger channel.
  • Improve change get room by ID using the SDK.
  • Add a TikTok Ads source.

Other Bug Fixes:

  • Fix the security issue by limiting the password length.
  • Fix the issue can’t change the avatar.
  • Fix the missed call bubble chat.
