Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel. Below are the list of changes

  • Hotfix bubble positioning issue that occurred when is_customer attribute isn't exist
  • Hotfix sendCustomChannelData on BotController
  • Improve endpoint of Facebook Messenger and Telegram
  • Handle "Get started" message in Facebook Messenger 
  • Use contact name instead of WhatsApp number if the chat comes from Whatsapp channel
  • Fix search chat templates in setting page
  • Fix pagination by adding limit in the assignment agent list
  • Fix unserved count value of null in admin dashboard if "Agent can takeover unserved customer" feature is disabled
  • Fix toggle bot button not active after conversation is resolved
  • Fix post system event for the first time chat
  • Fix copywriting in confirm transfer detail page
  • Fix action buttons UI in chat templates if the page is zoomed in
  • Custom channel now provide is_customer extras attribute
  • Enhance UX for delete and reply in message detail
  • Change `Qismo` URL to `Multichannel` in payment email
  • Sanitize code in additional info
  • Sanitize name of agent in last message chat list, message from system event, assignment agent list and agent management setting
