SDK Dashboard 2.3.0 Release - Webhook Log and Push Notification Log

We make a new improvement in Qiscus Chat SDK Dashboard. In order to make debugging issues easier, errors related to Push notifications (PN) and Webhook are presented in Logs Qiscus Chat SDK Dashboard menu.

What’s New

1. Push Notification Log

We add Push Notification (PN) log to give you better information when you implement Push Notification of Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or APNS.

By default it sets to show the error log only if you want to know to the success log, then you need to enable the toggle in setting menu.

For the “Error Message” field, there’s error relate to certificate for example, “error while parsing apns cert: pkcs12: decryption password incorrect” means you need to check the password when creating p.12. Then when error comes, the status turns into Inactive.

When you click on “Logs” menu, you will see the logs when user send a message through the Push Notifications. “fcm” stand for Firebase Cloud Messaging, PN for Android platform, “apns” for iOS platform, “rn” for React Native platform. The event time of each log set as UTC format.

2. Webhook Log

We add Webhook log to give you better information when you implement Webhook. By default it sets to show the error log only if you want to know the success log, then you need to enable the toggle in setting menu.

When you click on “Logs” menu, you will see the logs. The event time of each log set as UTC format.
