Multichannel Version 1.13.0 Release

Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel. Below are the list of changes

  • Hotfix customer bubble issue after the chat room's edited
  • Fix avatar not showing up for channels outside of Qiscus channels
  • Fix unserved/served status is not updated if the room is pinned
  • Fix email not showing up after being edited
  • Fix show customer info in agent and admin
  • Fix customer info not showing for chat room outside Qiscus channels
  • Sanitize edit chat room content
  • Hide served / unserved in chat list for agents
  • If custom agent allocation is enabled, auto-assign agent toggle should be disabled
  • Hide "Change User" and "Resend Verification" button when verification email is still loading
  • Reset active chat if admin click Ongoing tab and there is no chat in Ongoing tab
  • Improve endpoint of WhatsApp and Line
