Hi there, it's a good news for you who have been using Multichannel until now. We have come so far with new upgrades here. We have made some improvements in Multichannel. Below are the list of changes.
- Add pagination in agent assignment list
- Sort agent assignment list by Ascending
- The list of agents in the chat room is obtained from a multichannel user table
- Add validation for office hour durations
- Fix custom agent allocation toggle when set for the first time
- Fix enable/disable toggle when connect to FB
- Fix copywriting in the pop up of successfully disable Predefined Messages
- Fix copywriting in the pop up of successfully disconnect Line
