Qiscus Just Gets Fairer, New MAU Calculation

Hi there, it's good news for you who have been using Qiscus until now. We have come so far with new upgrades here. 

In the old ways, whoever is connected to our server, even if they have not read the new messages, we still count as active users for that particular month, or we call it MAU (Monthly Active User).

As of 4th Feb 2019, MAU will be defined as a number of unique users who sent or read the message in that particular month. This means we will only consider the users active if they have actually sent or read the messages received.

How does this affect you? It means fairer monthly bills for you!

Just a quick guide, you are able to find your app's current MAU by visiting Qiscus Chat Dashboard, the number of MAU is highlighted in the image below:
