Qismo Version 0.18.0 Release - Payment and Billing System

In order to assist you with the financial management in using Qismo, we have rolled out our Qismo payment and billing system on 24 October 2018. This system will let you know your subscription plan status and when is the due for you to pay the plan. Not to mention, you can also upgrade your plan easily from the system directly.

Previously, we were using post paid mechanism for you to pay our service. Now we prefer to make it prepaid instead.

By default, we provide three plans for you to choose: Starter, Business and Enterprise as depicted in picture below. If those plans are not enough for your company, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Additionally, we allow you to choose to pay it monthly or annually. Of course if you pay it annually we give you 20% off the total amount of subscription fee. It's up to you to choose the plan that suite you.

To access this payment and billing system, you can just go to the Settings > Subscription. There, you will be able to see your current plan and your history of payment. You can also ask to send your payment invoice to your email in case you need it for your financial report. If you think you need to upgrade your current plan, just hit the Upgrade button and follow along the easy step-by-step upgrading plan inquiry.

At the moment we are only supporting transfer via Bank payment to our listed Bank accounts, BCA and DBS. Please note once you transferred some amount of money to one of our Bank account above, please make sure to hit Confirm payment button provided in the payment history table and provide some information regarding your transfer details. Then our staff will be very happy to verify the payment promptly.

For those who already paid either monthly or annually for the service, just relax, it's all covered, we already converted the payment to starter plan. And due to system transition process, we already waived the this month payment. You will be notified for the next payment due onward. 

If you think your usages are far above the starter plan, please do upgrade to the next plan.

By rolling out this system, it marks the activation of our trial plan. We give you this plan for 14 days review. So if after you tried our service and think it worth your money, please do upgrade to whatever plan you need. Otherwise, your current trial plan app id will be automatically ceased.
