Robolabs version 2.9.0 release

We have released Robolabs v2.9.0. There are features and several changes that we have made to make Robolabs even more powerful. Below is the list of changes:

Features:

• Robolabs LLM Based: Handover Agent!
  • This new capability ensures that your customers receive the best possible service by seamlessly transitioning conversations from the chatbot to a human agent when needed.
• Robolabs Intent Based: Handover After Office Hours!
  • This feature is needed to increase efficiency and customer service satisfaction when there are conversations that come outside working hours and want to be handed over automatically when the agent enters working hours.
