Hi there, Good news! We have made some new feature in Omnichannel version 3.28.0. You can fully experience this version starting July 1, 2024. Below is the list of changes:

• WhatsApp Carousel Template

Currently, Qiscus has supported the WhatsApp Carousel Template . WhatsApp Carousel Template is a feature that allows you to send more interesting and interactive broadcast messages. With the WhatsApp Carousel Template, you can send a single text message accompanied by up to 10 cards containing images or videos that can be scrolled horizontally. WhatsApp Carousel is very useful for completing your business needs such as: Product Showcase, Promotion Offers, Event Promotion, Troubleshooting guide, News, and so on. For more detailed information on how to implement and use the WhatsApp Carousel Template, Check out this documentation for details.

Other Enhancements:

• Implement manticore on customer data.
• Implement manticore when setup new server.
• Improve the response form GET template to handle burst request.
• Improve FCM Migration.
• Support the whitelisted extension.

Other Bug Fixes:

• Fix handover to role by bot.
• Fix the mismatch in nominal credit card charge subscriptions.
