The other function of Robolabs is to create a chatbot flow according to messages received from customers, it can also be used to respond or take handover action when businesses send broadcast messages with buttons. You can follow the example below:
- Make sure you have a template that will be sent to customers and that it has been approved by Meta.
- Create a new intent with a phrase that has been set according to the button that will be used as a trigger and add a response.
- Then add the intent created into the Handover Agent menu to the division that you want.
- After the configuration is complete, you can try the responses and actions from the intent that has been created.
