CRM Version 1.13.0

Hi there!
We have released Qiscus CRM version 1.13.0. This release has one feature and several improvements.
You can fully experience this version starting June 16, 2024. Below is the list of changes:


Features

• Notification feature, when someone is mentioned it will enter his Notification tab.

Improvement

• Lead Tab now become more streamlined, and can open details without changing page
• Case insensitive for Account and Tagging creation

BugFix

• Lead stage from webhooks now use New stage instead of new for consistency sake
• Due date not overdue because of wrong logic
• Cannot create Account with similar name but different capitalization
• Lead searching/filtering doesn’t display result
