Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Omnichannel version 3.25.0. You can fully experience this version starting December 7, 2023. Below is the list of changes:

  • Customer Data Platform

Customer data plays a central role in modern business operations. With customer data, you can create personalized experiences, improve marketing strategies, make informed business decisions, and stay competitive in today's data-driven business landscape. Qiscus Customer Data Platform (CDP) will help you get a 360-degree view of customer data to create powerful personalization. The Qiscus system will collect customer data from various sources such as inbound messages from ads, purchase history from Qiscus Chat n Shop, Qiscus CSAT, Qticketing, QCRM, and other external events.

  • Adding company details to the PDF invoice
  • Improvement to webhook forward template status
  • Improvement to the customer block handle are not forwarded to the webhook forwarder
  • Improvement to auto customer block by keywords

  • Fix room not auto scroll when receiving new chat from a customer
  • Fix messages from customers not being visible and covered by the start chat button when the text field feature on the superadmin dashboard is hidden
