We have released Qiscus CRM version 1.3.0. You can fully experience this version starting June 12, 2023. Below is the list of changes:

Features:

Button Comment in Leads List
Creating an Opportunity is now optional when converting a lead

Improvement:

User Interface Revamp in the Leads menu

Bug Fix:

Agent cannot see leads
Agents exceeding 10 will not be displayed in full
