There are various reasons why your Instagram integration can be disconnected. When your instagram integration stopped functioning you can check the error messages through our Analytics > Other > Failed message logs
section. Some of the errors that you may find are as follows:

Most of this issues can solved by reconnecting the Instagram Integration. Here's how you can reconnect your Instagram integration the right way:
1. Go to Instagram page Integration on your Facebook page, or click on this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings, and then remove Qiscus from the page
2. Go back to the integration page On Omnichannel, and click on Reconnect Button on the desired Instagram channel.
3. Test sending the message and try to reply again to your customers.
Important note: Please make sure you have the admin role before reconnecting the Instagram Integration. If you have followed steps 1 and 2 but the issue is not resolved, please try to click on reconnect button once again without removing the permission from the Facebook page set.
