Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Omnichannel version 3.22.0. You can fully experience this version starting May 31, 2023. Below is the list of changes:

  • WhatsApp's Conversation-Based Pricing 2023

Starting June 1, 2023, WhatsApp will implement a new pricing scheme based on conversation categories. The conversation rates will now vary depending on the conversation category. There will be three categories for business-initiated conversations: Utility, Authentication, and Marketing. Additionally, user-initiated conversations that assist customers in resolving inquiries will be categorized as Service Conversations. To learn more about conversation-based pricing, please refer to this resource and this documentation. Qiscus has made several changes to the Omnichannel Chat dashboard to align with these updates, including the Active Session(s) page on Inbox, template category when sending broadcast, and analytics reports.

  • Improvement when sending broadcasts with templates using direct API

  • Fix exceed MAU issue
