Hi there, Good news! We are excited to introduce Live Chat 2.0, the latest version of our live chat feature in Qiscus Omnichannel Chat. You can start experiencing this version on 4 September. Below are the highlights of what’s new:

  • Real-Time Builder: Customize your live chat and instantly preview changes without needing to save first.

  • Improved Integration Page: Changing the integration page into single horizontal screen that showing all channels and separating setting into another tab, allowing user to focus on one step at a time.

  • Improved Channel Page: Changing the channel display from a card-based layout into list-based with a search bar to a cleaner, more structured list view. We also add channel ID in a channel list, allowing user to find their channel ID quickly.

  • Streamlined Integration Page: Manage channels on a single screen, making setup and customization easier and more efficient.
