Steps for WhatsApp Business Account Setup through Qiscus

Below are the updated steps for setting up your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through Qiscus:

  1. Onboarding Form Submission
    Our team will send you an onboarding form to be filled out.
    Please provide accurate business information and a valid Facebook Business Manager ID, which can be found in:
    Business Settings → Business Info → Business Manager ID.

  2. Confirmation of Submission
    Once you have submitted the form, please inform our team so we can proceed with validation.

  3. Form Review by Qiscus Team
    Our team will review the submitted form and ensure all details are correct and complete.
    If everything looks good, we will proceed to the next step.

  4. Facebook Business Manager Invitation
    We will send an invitation to the provided Facebook Business Manager ID.
    You will be notified to accept the invitation.
    To accept it, please check the Requests menu on your Facebook Business Manager. Request → Respond → Review → Continue → Check the display name → Next → Add a phone number later → Next → Close

  5. Facebook Business Verification
    Please complete your Facebook Business Verification process by following this link:

  6. Phone Number Setup and OTP Verification
    Our team will schedule an OTP (One-Time Password) session with you.
    During the session, our team will request the OTP code sent to your registered phone number to complete the setup.

  7. WABA Configuration and Integration
    After OTP verification, our team will proceed with setting up your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and integrating it into your Qiscus Multichannel Chat account.

  8. Go-Live Notification
    Once the setup and integration are completed, we will notify you that your WABA is ready to use through your Qiscus Omnichannel Chat dashboard.

🧩 Note:

  • You can request your BSP to verify your Facebook Business Manager (FBBM) using the Instant Business Verification method.

  • You will not be able to send or receive messages until the verification process and OTP are completed.

  • Qiscus will assist you throughout the entire process until your WABA is fully ready to use.
