Hi there! We have some good news! We have made some improvements to the Omnichannel Android version 2.10.0 Below is the change:

Add new feature, login with email

Qiscus Omnichannel Android App now has a new feature that enables users to login with email. With this latest addition, users have the option to select their role position, whether it be Admin, Supervisor, or Agent, during the login process. For the Supervisor and Agent roles specifically, adding an App ID is required for validation.
