Omnichannel Android Version 2.9.10 Release

Hi there! We have some good news! We have made some improvements to the Omnichannel Android version 2.9.10 Below is the change:

  • Fix agent Online/Offline status

Users of the Qiscus Omnichannel Android App now have the ability to check whether the agent is online or offline. This will, of course, be very useful in managing chat rooms, such as if you want to add an agent who is currently online to a specific chat room. You can view agent status on the Add Agent and Remove Agent menus, and also on the Chat & Customer Info page.

Other bug fixes:

  • Fix display date in chat room user interface
  • Fix crash issues
