Adding Qiscus Widget to Your Website Using Google Tag Manager

  1. Go to the Google Tag Manager dashboard here.

  2. On the Tags page, add a new Tag > choose Custom HTML

  3. Copy the Qiscus Widget code snippet from the Qiscus Omnichannel dashboard > Integration > Qiscus Omnichannel Widget > Settings > Code.

  4. Paste the code to the new Tag, remove the line 
    document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function() {
    });

  5. Set your Triggering and Save.

  6. Submit/Publish your GTM to your website.
