Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Omnichannel Chat version 3.14.0. You can fully experience this version starting October 27, 2022. Below is the list of changes:

  • Broadcast to All Channels

WhatsApp is one of the most widely used channels for sending broadcast messages. Yet, since a business typically has many channels that are used to communicate with customers, sending a broadcast message to another channel increases the likelihood that the message will be delivered better. Qiscus new feature, Broadcast to All Channels will help you to send broadcast messages to more than 5 channels other than WhatsApp such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Line, and Custom Channel.

Other Enhancements:

  • Improvement in deleting a channel will cause the chat room set to resolve
  • Allow + and = characters in user_id validation in Custom Channel

Other Bug fixes:

  • Fix the set default value for is_sessional to true in new AppID
  • Fix not updated created at in room_log_extras Metabase
  • Fix reindex issue
