Qiscus CCI stands for Qiscus Custom Channel Integrations. We have templated custom channel that you can use by accessing https://cci.qiscus.com. You can login using Qiscus Multichannel admin account to access that. However, this template platform is not in our public packaging, so if you see any unexpected behaviour it is kind of expected. If you are our enterprise client, you should have our Account Manager and Project Manager attached that can solve any related problem.
