Robolabs Version 2.12.0 Release

We have released Robolabs v2.12.0. There are features and several changes that we have made to make Robolabs even more powerful. Below is the list of changes:

Improvement:

• Robolabs LLM Based: Unsupported Message
  Currently Robolabs only supports text message types, so when customers chat to LLM outside of text messages, an Unsupported Message will appear which can be adjusted to user needs.
• Robolabs LLM Based: Handover Message
  Now LLM can provide handover messages when the conversation is forwarded to an agent. The messages can be customized to the user’s needs.
