Hi there, Good news! We have made some improvements in Multichannel. Below are the list of changes
- WA filename upload improvement
- Add time info (hour) in `All` list room tab for admin and `Ongoing` list room tab for agent
- Minimize avatar shadow in customer & chat info section
- Add App ID info in invoice due email
- Remove text caption from line's postback button
- Hotfix chat template completion
- Hotfix update documentation message and webhook in bot integration
- Fix email verification issue
- Fix export chat email (delete customer name)
- Fix copywriting of `null` in email verification
- Fix get unserved customer area if `Agent can takeover unserved customer` configuration is disabled
