Qiscus has always been glad to provide close support to you. And as you might have read from our email regarding changes in our support channels, beginning in February, we will be centralising our support channels through one single channel, and that is through our new community forum website which we call it Qiscus community website. This site is intended as a forum that you may ask and gain some supports from our teams or other developers who also use Qiscus there. Of course you could also share your experience, snippet and so on in using our products.
As depicted in the picture above, you will get several populated topics you could follow along. There, you could raise any questions related to your Qiscus implemetation.
To get involved in the forum, you just need to go to the https://community.qiscus.com/ and sign in using your Qiscus account credentials that you use to access Qiscus dashboard,
you will then be redirected to the forum after you signed in.
From there, you can explore more about topics that interest you. You can also reply, raise new question, and so on.
